Read only parameter

Hi everybody
I have the following problem: After installation of the application,
some data has read only parameter, what is unexpected by myself. The
installation pakacge has been created by InstallShield 6. What I
observed is that discussed files before creating installation package
do not have read only parameter. InstallShield put many files into
the .cab file (what is perfectly done), and afterwards installed
application contains mentioned read-only files.
