Bundled JRE 1.4.2_08 in IS 11.5

We need to bundle jre 1.4.2_08 with our application. InstallShield has
pre-built Objects/Merge Modules for versions 1.4.2_03 and 1.5 of the
JRE. I've also found a bundle for 1.4.2_08 available for
InstallAnywhere, but not InstallShield. Macrovision support says that
InstallAnywhere bundles are not compatible with InstallShield, but did
not say whether an equivalent bundle exists for InstallShield, or if
there's an easy way to create one. Is there?
