How do I setup a Sequest search within the IPP? 
  Hi - I'm not new to MS and proteomics...but I'm relatively computer dumb and command prompts scare me, which is why the IPP is interesting to me over the TPP (which I have had so many permission errors during setup that I'm overly frustrated). IPP installation 
  I have installed ipp on my computer with windows xp, as the website says that its a 30 days free. I have also installed apache 2.2 which is working fine. IPP protein prophet 
  Hi, I seem to have a problem with running protein prophet after analyzing search results with peptide prophet (which does work). Using unimod files for modifications 
  Hi there, How do you go about using unimod files allow conversion of pepXML files that contain modifications not contained in the IPP's default list?
