So I was talking about the imagination network with a friend of mine a
while back and was curious to find this. The download for the client
is dead on the innrevival page. Is this still going on?

I downloaded the client engine from: http://www.sierrahelp.com/Misc/INNRevival.html
The link there works, although I haven't attempted to connect to a INN
server yet (gonna give it a shot today).

How about this - I downloaded it from there - and changed the file extension to .DOC (since gmail does not permit .EXE files to send and most block .EXE files now). So save the file attached to this email - then change the file extension BACK to .EXE rather than .DOC and it should work. :-)
