First off, this was my second official un-camp experience, and it was
a good bit more enjoyable for me, primarily due to the attendees. The
ACTLab attended and presented at ProductCampAustin as well, and the
attendees there were much more corporate oriented and product focused
(obviously). My one main complaint with InnovationCamp was the size

Decompression is complete. I'm now ready for feedback on the event.

What worked well? What could be improved? What needs to happen the
next time around?

I'm going to try and consolidate the blueprint on the wiki so that
it's usable by others.

Bryan,
I have been to 2 of these event types, so my .02 worth...
If the session is only for an hour, I would present the basics of the
material in no more than 10- 15 minutes,
and open it up to audience discussion.
Chances are you'll use some of your backup material during the
interaction.
Seems the idea of the format is to be audience led and group inspired,

We will have wireless connectivity and overhead projectors for
presentations. If you have software you need to demonstrate you'll
need to bring a laptop with the software on it. We have easels and
large sheets of paper for ad hoc presentations, as well.

I'd plan for one hour and focus on the most important things first.
There's be time and space outside of each session for continued
discussions with people who are interested in digging in deeper.
Depending on how many sessions we actually have you may be able to
grab another room and continue.

Bryan,

Very interesting! I won't speak for anyone else, but my grad research
was in biomedical engineering and neuroscience, so I enjoy topics like
this (specifically the brain research on attention, but also the
broader application of OSS models to information). A couple
thoughts... I expect a couple guys who are involved in transhumanism
