Currently it is 'information content entity', which is a generically
dependent continuant.
But 'specifically denotes' is a subproperty, and by its definition it
should have a domain of
Quality.

Proposed resolution 1: Domain of is_about is either 'information content
entity' or 'information
carrier'

Proposed resolution 2:
a) Posit that each information carrier is the concretization of *some* ICE.
b) Specifically denotes is not a subproperty of is_about - but it is the
only
'specific dependent' relation we use.
