Hi all

What is the best way to make a suggestion for follow-up? Start an
issue or bug report? Start on the email list? And what is the best way
to follow up on an existing issue or defect, such as the issue about
realizables Melanie just posted. Start with the mailing list, or use
the comment text box on the screen about the issue?

Thanks!

Adam

Hi Adam,

In my opinion the tracker (http://code.google.com/p/information-artifact-ontology/issues/list
) is the best way to record issues/suggestions/comments:

- when you create/modify a tracker item it is set up to email the list
automatically
- it ensures issues are properly monitored and don't get lost in
emails or webpages
- to be efficient it needs to be reasonably short and to the point
(i.e., one tracker item per issue with concise description), and
ideally offers a first idea for resolution

Cheers,
Melanie
