New issue 29 by mcourtot: label and symbol as subclasses of data item
http://code.google.com/p/information-artifact-ontology/issues/detail?id=29

By our definition of data item (a data item is an information content
entity that is intended to be a truthful statement about something (modulo,
e.g., measurement precision or other systematic errors) and is
constructed/acquired by a method which reliably tends to produce
(approximately) truthful statements.), label and symbol shouldn't be
subclasses. They have been moved under ICE for now. Potentially true for
data about an ontology part as well.
