This is an OBI tracker item that should go to IAO:

Issue parallel to
http://code.google.com/p/information-artifact-ontology/issues/detail?id=22,
and the need of sorting in the image and narrative object hierarchies
between conveying propositions and not. Maybe we can consider a photo as
not being a set of propositions - it may be a picture of a graph, but in
that case only the graph itself represents the propositions.
