from OBI clean up workshop:
concern is that even though we have only one name as definition editor, 10s
of people actually participated in the work. It should be made clear in the
definition of this annotation property that definition editor is not
somebody who gets all the credit, but instead is intended as being a point
of contact regarding the class.
