I took part in a winning team last year as well and I must say I was
stunned when I saw this year's deadline. Our project has been in
development for appx 3 months now, but there are still some issues to
be sorted out. Although the deadline is the 24th, since we are
attending a boarding school and the new term starts on the 20th in our
country, we will be forced to upload our project on the 19th, which is
only 5 days away. We will most certainly do our best to finish our
project til then, but we would welcome a postponed deadline also.

It will be postpone date, as you said there are 3 months
between announcement date and the finals, this is because of the visa
process for the international participants! If you believe that you can get
visa in a month, you may register and upload your project(s) till the
postponed date!
