Signature for Scholarship- August 2006

Scholarship receiving students must sign at the OICE every month as
follows:
MONBUSHO and HONORS Scholarship Students:
First deadline: August 1 - 7, 2006
Second deadline: August 8 - 26, 2006
For Tokyo University Fellowship students: August 1-4 (forenoon only),
2006
Place: Office for International Cooperation and Exchange (OICE)
Time: 10:00 to 12:15 hr and 13:00 to 17:00 hr (Lunch break 12:15-13:00
hr)
The Tokyo University Fellowship students must sign before the 4th of
every month. If you
plan to return home/ go for sampling etc during this time, please
inform the OICE beforehand
and sign before you leave Japan.
Scholarship transfer:
MONBUSHO scholarship:
1. Those who sign by the first deadline: Scholarship transfer on August
22, 2006
2. Those who sign by the second deadline: Scholarship transfer on
September 15, 2006
Honors scholarship:
3. Those who sign by the first deadline: Scholarship transfer around
August 22, 2006
4. Those who sign by the second deadline: Scholarship transfer during
mid September 2006
Caution: MONBUSHO Scholarship students will not receive scholarship for
the month if
they fail to sign even by the second deadline
Scholarship recipients must inform the OICE or the Foreign Student
Section in advance if they
are unable to sign during the above period.
Please go to the Foreign Student Section for signature if OICE is
closed for some reason.
