Installing Bingo 64-bit Windows, Postgresql

Hello,

I'm trying to install Bingo 1.7 beta on 64-bit Windows 7 with Postgresql 9.1 and seeing some errors. (I'm a noobie at both Postgresql and Bingo so this may be a simple issue.)

- ran bingo-pg-install.bat with "-pglibdir"
- copied bingo_postgres.dll to C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.1\lib
- downloaded and installed the Visual C++ libraries mentioned in another post
- connected to psql as postgres
- \i bingo_install.sql

Get an error message
psql:C:/TEMP/bingo/bingo-postgres9.1-1.7-beta3-win64/bingo_install.sql:27: ERROR:  could not load library "C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/9.1/lib/bingo_postgres.dll": The specified module could not be found.

(Also tried postgres v. 9.0 with the same error.)

Can you help me fix this installation?
