Dear Mr. Garg,

This looks like Canthium coromandelicum but the pictured shrub is not very tall , About 1-1.5 m. only and the leaves have pointed tips and the habitat is
about 7000 ft. I also did not find mention in any of the books published in Nepal but there is mention of C. dicoccum  and C. paravifolium.

Need final verification.

Thank you.

Dear Sir,
Its new to me.
Fruits looks like some Randia
Stem character similar to Randia uliginosa (Xeromphis uliginosa)
So may be Randia sp  (Xeromphis sp)

Here the picture shows only fruits (immature) and the nature of leaves are very much matching with Himalrandia tetrasperma

Some confusion still remains. New images shot on 28 December 2016 at the same location .
Some plants about 30 cm and some plants about 12-14 ft. It looks like Himalrandia tetrasperma (Wall. ex Roxb.) T.Yamaz. (accepted name) matching with altitude but as per the information in the web the maximum height of the plant is 1.5 -2 m.  only.

Thank you.
