Cactus for ID :: Mumbai :: ARKDEC14

Hello friends

Seen this cactus in a cultivated garden in Mumbai in November 2016.

Is this Pereskia grandiflora? No flowers were seen. It looks like a typical tree and nothing near to a cactus that we normally know to be.
