Something is misleading Garg ji,
The earlier one and this one are not from the same plants....
Earlier one is look likes Cyanotis vaga but this one is similar to Cyanotis villosa....
Little bit confusing...Now please validate that is both picture taken from different locations? 
I don't think there is any earlier distributional record of Cyanotis villosa in Uttarakhand. ---- from Mayur ji.

It may not be Cyanotis villosa as per images in another thread.- from me

Cyanotis vaga is variable species. Besides my earlier vage  The above species is closer to Cyanotis vaga only.
