Must be a species of Veronica genus in Scrophulariaceae. Petals have fallen.

But I am not finding convincing validation as per GBIF specimens and Flora of China.

There is a possibility of Veronica deltigera as per GBIF- Specimen 1 Specimen 2
May I request you to pl. have a look.

Yes, Garg Ji, you are absolutely right. It should be V. deltigera Wall ex Benth.
