This Commelinaceae member was seen growing along the trail to Panaroma Point, Matheran (Maharashtra).
Possibly a Cyanotis spp.?

Lovely pictures Mr. Neil Soares. However the  flowers as well as the leaves in the  two sets of pictures look different to me. I may be mistaken though. I am just a lay person with very little knowledge.
