Taken at delh(surajmal vihar near my redsidence_ on 21.6.8

Would appreciate id confirmation

If it is indeed what I think it is,It is rare for the city(according to Pradip krishen's book only 2 trees in delhi)

It is Haldina cordifolia [previously Adina cordifolia] locally called Haldu or Hedu.
