This dainty plant in the picture was observed growing in the rocky crevices at Bhagsunag in Dharamshala HP. Can anyone please identify it

Just to add to J.M. Garg's comment, there is a more familiar Baby's
Breath, Gypsophila elegans, which is native to Europe, commonly used
as filler in flower bouquets.
