Leaf and  fruit description agree.

Yes Raghu ji, you are right. This is indeed Dregea volubilis (= Wattakaka volubilis).

 Agreed. This is the Green Milkweed Climber [Dregea volubilis syn.Wattakaka volubilis]. Sending some of my photographs for comparison. My photographs of its flowers are already in the archives of this group.
