Help needed: Insect id!!

Dear all
I am looking for someone who can identify an Insect for me. Its a
hoverfly. Or if you can guide me to someone who can identify it.
I would be grateful for your help.

Sir ..for insects you may get help from butterfly ecologist Dr Ashish Tiple "Ashish Tiple" <ashish...@yahoo.co.in>. Associate Professor in a college in Shahada, Nandurbar dist.
