Could it be some Daphne?

Not Daphne, the flowers are too large. May be Rhododendron

Those leaves look serrate to me and the undersurface of the leaves
dont point towards Rhododendron. I may be wrong though. Actually I
cant remember of any Rhododendron which doesnt have pale pubescent
undersurface of leaf.
