Status .....BLANK....

Dear Garg ji

It has to be Hook. and not Raf.

 

Hooker's publication is dated 1824, where as Rafin's 1840.

 

If Rafin's plant is same as Hooker's, it is of no consequence, better to forget it.

 

Alternately if his plant is different, the name can't be used being a later homonym

 

Potentilla nepalensis Hook., is alright
