Are you sure the flower and leaf belongs to the same plant and they
have not be taken at different localities? Leaf is confirmed to be
Nervilia crociformis (= Nervilia prainiana) but the flower varies a
lot!!

they were from same localities, but they may be different.

tomorrow i will send some more pics, today now i am busy in some other business.

Dear Mr. Vijaydas
For sure both leaf and flower belong to orchid, Nervilia only!!
Flower belongs to Nervilia infundibuliformis and leaf it may belong to
the same plant but looks more close to Nervilia crociformis (=
Nervilia prainiana).
