Iit is the Candle tree from Bignoniaceae

Parmentiera cerifera Seem. Bot Voy. Herald 182, t. 32, 1857; Cooke,
Fl. Pres. Bombay 2: 411, 1958 (Repr.); Almeida, Fl. Mah. 3: 454,
2001.
Common name: Candle tree.
the flowers arise from the trunk and branches. the petioles are
rachis are winged and the fruit are long cylindric like candles
hanging from the branches.
