Kindly identify this shrub from hiranandani gardens, powai, mumbai
 
Location- Hiranandani Gardens, powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra    Altitude: Sea level
Habitat- Garden
Plant Habit- shrub
Height/Length- 6ft approx
Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size- as seen in photo
Inflorescence Type/ Size- as seen in photo
Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts-as seen in photo
Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds- not found
Other Information like Fragrance, Pollinator, Uses etc.-

This could be Leucophyllum frutescens...common name Purple Sage.

What is the size of the flower just 1 cm or 5-6 cm?
The name Leucophyllum mentioned in Arti ji's mail may be indicative of whitish tinge on the leaves.What does frutescens indicate(?)
