Wild plant for ID : 230511 : AK-1

Gurcharan ji,
You had posted fruits of Chrozophora.
This picture that I have taken here at Muscat, Oman also looks similar.
These were taken on the 27th of August, 2010.
Could it be Chrozophora?

Your plant should be Chrozophora tinctoria with leaves much longer than broad, with pointed apex and somewhat upcurved undulate margin. The plant is distributed between Africa and Arabia, extending to Pakistan

"This has been identified by Dr Shahina Ghazanfar of Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew as Chrozophora oblongifolia.
