Bauhinia puzzle Part 2

I had asked -

I am almost sure about it being Bauhinia purpurea... but is it a specific variety?
 
I am now enclosing a photo-shot of the leaf of the same plant. You can understand why I thought it as a variety of Bauhinia purpurea.
 
Any help? I am interested in writing up on the stories about the plant.

Bharat--
 I don't believe that any of the color forms of B. purpurea are named, though I suppose that there are possibly selected ones that may be propagated vegetatively to secure a specific floral appearance.
 If anyone else has additional info, please advise.

I don't know if this is a sequel of some other thread. If you have a
picture of the flowers, lets see it. Flowers of B. purpurea and
Bauhinia x blakeana can be distinguished easily.
Also, the flowers of B. purpurea vary from properly to purple to
completely white with just tinges of purple:
