Missed on pointing out some of the key features visible to plain eye.
Shrikant ji has a valid say:

Hi Dinesh,

Your ID seems correct but on behalf of other members I would like to know how you arrived at this since the size of leaf, fig and sand paper like finish of the leaf is not mentioned though it could have been mentioned instead of 'as seen'. May we please point out at the format whenever key features are missing? Regards, Shrikant

Am banking on my familiarity with this sand paper fig tree. May not be thorough familiarity, but these figs have a tell-tale yellow nipple ... and in any given angle, the tree has some of its figs showing them for sure. The arrangement of the figs too, is note-worthy ... they are not clustered, but aligned along the slender branches, usually in pairs, growing in all angles. Photo attached.

The tree looks beautiful when fruiting, especially when devoid of leaves. A photo attached.

Though the size of leaves is important, in this plant, the interesting feature is the rough texture of the leaves -- worth feeling and realizing !! .... in most of the languages , this tree is named for the abrasive nature of its leaves.
