Unidentified tree in Uttarakhand

This small tree with white flowers was found flowering in April on the
Mussoorie-Dehradoon route.
Flowers white, shaped like bean flowers.
Compound leaves with around 13 leaflets which are elliptical, rounded
both at the tip and the base.
Can anyone please identify this?

Some variety of cassia or sesbania? I am not an expert and am making a wild guess.

Hi All!
This tree is now identified as Black Locust tree (Robinia
pseudoacacia). It is native to the central and eastern United States.
It is widely planted in temperate climates around the world where it
has naturalized in some places.
