Hi, Pravin ji,
I think red chilli powder we use is Capsicum frutescens L. (syn. C. fastigiatum, C. minimum, C. minimum) as per the link: http://www.plantnames.unimelb.edu.au/Sorting/Capsicum_frutescens.html

But your plant appear to be Capsicum annuum (we call it Simla Mirch or Capsicum) as per Wikipedia link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capsicum_annuum 
 
 
As per Wikipedia link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capsicum , in Indian English, the word "capsicum" is used exclusively for Capsicum annuum. All other varieties of hot capsicum are called chilli. In northern India and Pakistan, Capsicum annuum is also commonly called "Shimla Mirch" in the native languages.
