Dear Friends,

Seen this herb at "Baralaccha Pass", Lahul on the way from Manali to leh.

Date/Time: 12-09-2011 / 12:15PM
Bot. name: Waldheimia glabra
Family: Asteraceae
Location: Baralaccha Pass (Altitude: Approx: 16000ft).
Plant Habit: Herb
Habitat: Wild

I though July-August are best time for Ladakh, but it seems you managed good haul in September also
