I actually meant that only, but named it Epilobium.... sorry....
This plant is very common in Valley of Flowers. Seen, Photographed,
Identified, yet missed :((....

I knew you can't get it wrong, hence prompted you. Epilobium and Polemonium are poles apart.

I think it should be Polemonium caeruleum subsp. himalayanum as Polemonium caeruleum subsp. caeruleum is not reported from India as per Catalogue of life;
