Plant is recorded from West Siang Dist of Arunachal pradesh in the month of August at the elevation ranges from 1000 to 1500 m.

Not Rosa atleast. The leaves are simple. Could be some Myrtaceae.

The first foto shows stem with big prickles. I've not seen prickles in
any Myrtaceae.

The fruit looks like a Crataegus sp.

Crataegus does not have entire leaves and hairy branches. It is an erect tree. This one looks like s spreading shrub or liana.
