Hi,
This could be the Indian Borage [Trichodesma indicum]. Sending a few of my photographs for comparison.
Dr.Satish Phadke will be able to enlighten us further.
                           Regards,
                            Neil Soares.

T. inaequale. Flowers for T. indicum are blue and with caudate twisted
corolla lobes. Regards, Shrikant

Thiru ji
Execellent photographs showing lateral view also.
The  stamens in the flower are included; corolla tube longer than lobes, lobes shortly acuminate not recurved. All these are suggestive of Trichodesma inaequale.
This species of herb from family Boraginaceae is very common in Pune and surrounding areas.
Earlier we have seen pictures of this from what I remember Prashant ji too and some more members.
In "Flowers of Sahyadri" by Shrikant ji 2001 edition this species was wrongly labelled as Trichodesma indicum which he later corrected in the reprint of 2003.
In another thread I will post the scanned copy of correction page given to me by him.
Regards
Dr Satish Phadke
