Bugs on Acacia leucophloea

This young plant growing along the  fence thickets appeared to be a climber. I could not get clear view of the trunk/stem or leaves. From the infloroscence /leaves they  resemble Acacia leucophloea. I feel  its too early for such an young plant (7 feet in height ) to flower. Probably these plant shoots are regrowths of a chopped tree.

Let them feed but if you want to manage it considering your tree's economic importance let me know as I know where they live.

Its not uncommon to sight about a dozen colorful kinds of bugs in the farm. I always wondered sighting new jewels in different seasons in the same location. However, the population of the bugs's seems to be very negligible and not a threat for the vegetation. Out of sheer curiosity, I would be interested to know their where-abouts. Thanks.
