The plant is Hewittia based upon the hair on the corolla which does
not occur on Xenostegia in addition to the hair on the seedpods which
does not occur on Xenostegia...also the sepals match those of
Hewittia.

Yes, It is Hewittia species, sepals and fruit clearly indicate the genus
