This small flowering tree near the creek’s edge at Nagla Block, Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Mumbai needs identification please? Is it indigenous?

It is the Tamarind Tree [Tamarindus indicus] a
native of tropical Africa, specially Ethiopia.

Neil,
Thanks! It was only after checking 'Trees of Delhi' I realised it is a
Tamarind. By then I had already forwarded my email. But you're right. I was
fooled because there was no fruit.
