 Interesting. I've never seen an Acacia with flowers other than yellow or white shades.

 Is this an Indian native?

Sorry mixed up the name.
Actually it is :-  Mimosa hamata.It is a comon shrub here around 2-3 meters in height.The flowers look very much similar to "touch me not" plant(Mimosa pudica)
