hello,

a lamiaceae member atop a hill -chikkadevammana betta, inbetween the
gaps of rocks was found at sarguru, Mysore district, karnataka on 12
12 2009.

is it Pogostemon spp?

I think it is Plectranthus sps., inflorescence and leaf arrangement looks like that.

pl find attached few photos of cucurbitacea familiy; this creeper is
found in almost all the places bordering agricultural fields/ debris
dumping ground/ waste land and so on, in Mysore district.

... the fruit does look like Momordica dioica, the flowers however look too small and different ... do not know of this combination.
