Please help to id this tree. Flowers not observed. 

Leaves are scrabrous and silvery-shine beneath.

Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type-	mixed scrub forest (wild); closer to sream
Plant Habit-	tree
Height/Length-	Up to 6 metre
Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size-	lanceloate; scrabrous; 10 X 3cm; glaucous beneath
Inflorescence Type/ Size-
Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts-
Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds-
Other Information like Fragrance, Pollinator, Uses etc.-

I agree with Prajanya Guru,
It is a shrub or small tree usually found along the stream more
associated with evergreen forests.
Fruits are very interesting (aggregates) as shown by Guru.
