Hi,
Pls id these white fruits.. snapped in anshi. The whole tree was covered in bunches of it . Looked like it had an eerie white glow on a fullmoon night.

   They are the fruit of Gnetum ula a lofty climbing shrub.

Dear Gargji,
Was it a tree or liana that is seen in Mihir Sule's picture? Presumably it could be Gnetum(scandens??)sp., Leafy branch ashould help us in getting to the spcies identification correctly. Gnetum is as every one knows intersitng as it looks like an angiosperm but is a Gymnosperm.
may be some one who is familiar with it can help.

It's already identified as Gnetum ula, a lofty climbing shrub by Neil ji.
