Came across this Shrub on the way to Lohagad (Lonavala region).

Date/Time: 20-06-2010 / 07:20AM
Location: On the way to Lohagad (Lonavala region).
Habitat: Wild
Plant habit: Shrub

Hi Prashant,
  It looks like some species of Pavetta possibly P.crassicaulis locally called Phaphati / Phaphutki.

Opposite leaves and type of inflorescence and the habitat goes in favour of Pavetta fruiting phase rightly said by Neil ji.
