Dear friends
Just returned from very enjoying and plantful five day trip to Chakrata and surroundings. Shrikant ji, Balkar ji and Nidhan ji were a very good company and we all enjoyed the trip. This was second plant hunting trip with Balkar ji and Nidhan ji, but first with Shrikant ji, and although I knew Shrikant well through eFlora, but the personal interaction showed the depth of his knowledge about plants, his being a thorough gentleman and a person with whom you would love to visit any place.
Our being good mix of persons having knowledge of Western Himalayas, Tropical plants and subtropical plants, luckily we could manage to identify more than 90 per cent plants, and would be soon uploading these for the benefit of our members.
Would like to see more members joing our next plant hunting trip.
