Balkar ji I have some doubts
Ageratina adenophora has much broader and thicker leaves




This plant may be Chromolaena odorata, but needs to be validated

Yes Gurcharan Ji, You are i think right
after checking literature throughly i reached on this conclusion.Chromolaena odorata is a common weed there.
