Does anyone know if there is a functional reason to change an InDesign-generated CSS to use more of the available HTML head levels? InDesign's eBook export assigned FM, part opener, and chapter opener elements to h1, and all text subheads to h2. Should we change the front matter, part, and chapter opener elements into h1, h2, and h3, respectively, and  make text heads h4? Are there accessibility functions that use the h1/h2/etc. hierarchy? Or anything else that might come back later and make us wish we hadn't left everything as h1 and h2?

Thanks,
Rebecca

Set it up so the CSS looks good. Read Liz Castro's book. I've got a free PDF on Scribd called "Repairing the CSS in your ePUB"
