So after much ado, I've been running several tests on the Zebra LP
2824 printer and although it is "Mac-compatible" in that any Mac with
OS 10.5.4 or greater can "see" it, the quality and configuration of
the printer is so un-friendly and un-Mac like that it will be removed
from the list of compatible hardware.

NOTE: THIS IS AN APPLE ISSUE AND NOT AN INBLOOM ISSUE.  This relates
to a low-level problem with this printer on the Mac.  It works fine on
Windows XP or greater.

With that said, all other users of InBloom using a Dymo or other label
printer are fine as always!
