Subject: Dymo Labels Printing
I want to officially give up on trying to print price tag labels,
regardless of following all possible instructions on how to modify
them, I cannot get them to print properly. I wasted all my labels and
feel completely exhausted. Basically, Dymo label 30334 will not print
properly. Tried to change the Horizon - Vertical setting and then the
system just does not let me print anything. Basically after spending
over $500 on software, i cannot operate with price tag labels. Can
someone out here help me! PLEASE!!!

Hi Valerie,

Yes, by all means, of course I can help.  What time can I speak with
you by phone as this will be easier to diagnose that way?

Regardless, we would make sure that 1) the myFMbutler printer
extension is installed in your FileMaker Extensions folder and 2) that
the Printers are configured in InBloom in the Printers/Stations area
(Main Menu > Other Modules > Printers / Stations).

In your InBloom folder, there is another folder named Add to
Extensions, take the contents (three plugins) of that folder and place
them into your Extensions folder in the FileMaker folder (your Mac >
Applications > FileMaker Pro > Extensions ).  Once you have the
plugins installed, when you restart FileMaker and open InBloom, the
Printers will show up in a pulldown menu in the Printers / Stations
area of the application.

From there, you should be able to preselect the Dymo printer and print
to it without any issues.

Let me know your availability by phone and I'll speak with you ASAP.

Kind regards,
Denis
