Fugitive Team and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for the brutal
vehicular death of his girlfriend, Ebony Lee, on Saturday December 2, 2006
in Battle Creek. Hubbard is also being sought as a habitual offender for
Parole Violation.

capture requires public assistance. The maximum reward level is $1,000
dollars. To date, this program has featured 104 fugitives and 99 have been
captured.

Arenza Douglas Hubbard was arrested on 10/24/07 in Detroit, MI by the
Michigan State Police 2nd District Fugitive Team and the Detroit Area
Fugitive Team (F.A.S.T.)
A Silent Observer tip led these teams to an address in Detroit and Hubbard
was apprehended without incident.
Hubbard was the Silent Observer Fugitive of the Month for December 2006 for
the brutal murder of his girlfriend on December 2, 2006.
